so of course you want a recipe for a milk shake. milk shake like this is bliss. bliss bliss bliss. try it. its a little different than ones i've made with avocado or coconut milk. i imagine the real thing would taste similar. except we all know this is better. better for you too.
almond milk (fill up like you would in a smoothie, i guessed here) liquid covers up the ingredients. if its too thick, you can always add more
cashews *soaked overnight is preferable for digestion and if you don't have a vitamix type blender* i forgot to soak mine today :) i used about handful of cashews
1 tbspn of vanilla essence
2 frozen or room temp bananas (super ripe if possible) if you use room temp, add a bunch of ice cubes
hemp heart seeds to garnish
blend up, enjoy. if you do the chocolate version, just add 2 tbspn of raw cacao powder. this is the closest to what a milkshake would taste to me. i've tried many recipes but this one takes it. go on, challenge me! be warned, addicting.
